Think younger male, driving a nice sports car with a louder than stock exhaust on a friday night when all the ricers are out racing everyone. Of course he'd want to stop me. That's how police officers approach a vehicle. ESPECIALLY if the car has mad tyte tint. I know what they do, they were just being assholes from the very beginning. I made sure I had both the windows rolled down when I pulled over so they wouldn't say something about it. And don't use the typical "tyte" and pimp kind of talk with me like I'm some punk kid, I don't talk like that. "He yells over my car to his partner, "Hey, he wasn't going 60" in a sarcastic/taunting tone."
oh no, he spoke to his parnter in a tone you didn't like. I'd have LOVED to see how you calmy replied to his question. I see what your saying, since I was pissed, but I did talk calmly to him because I did not get a ticket yet. So I did whatever I could to cooperate. Plus I have my witness in court if they say anything. As for the rest of your input about what cops do and how I should be so polite. It's nearly impossible to be so respectful, when these 2 guys are acting like assholes, but I still was. I'm just pissed that I got a ticket for 60 in a 45, when I was going no where near that. I understand I was going a few mph over the limit, but I never admitted how fast I was going or anything to him. Just that I wasn't going 60. I am wondering if I can try say anything to the judge since I pay my own bills and college tuition myself, to try to get out of paying more money. Anyway, thanks for the last line of info, it was appreciated.
